And today I wore a wetsuit top because the water was (I think) 78 degrees, and it felt cold even with the wetsuit.. and, worse yet, I DID quit because I panicked at being put in a lane that I didn&#039;t think I could manage, and once the brain is out of control, the rest follows. I wish the coaches understood what hell it is to &quot;will&quot; yourself through the workout when your brain is screaming that you&#039;re not going to survive. I know I am going to get there someday, but I&#039;m SO discouraged by another setback...it&#039;s going to take a few days to get beyond this.. Claudia Rose, is amazing, I&#039;ll try to think of her next time I&#039;m swimming!</description>
